chestnuts, walnuts, hazelnuts  is what I talk about here,


 Parsley Walnut Pesto

1 cup shelled walnuts
2 cups chopped parsley
1/2 cup grated pecorino or parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil

put everything but the oil into a blender/whizz machine and chop up fine, then slowly add the oil until it is your preferred consistency
